Distribution & Revenue Operations Manager CommBox is entering a new growth phase and is looking for a Distribution & Revenue Operations Manager who loves working with partners, guiding sales teams, and leading key accounts across Australia. This role has three big pillars: Sales Team Guidance and Support Nationwide Key Accounts Leadership If you enjoy owning the commercial engine end-to-end – from distribution and sales process through to strategic customers – this is for you. About the role In this role, you manage the AV distribution channel, support and guide the sales team, and lead some of CommBox’s most important national accounts. You make it easy for distributors and resellers to sell CommBox, you give the sales team clear direction and tools to succeed, and you build strong relationships with key customers across education, corporate, and government. You bring structure, insight, and momentum to how CommBox goes to market nationwide. You are the main point of contact for distributors in Australia, New Zealand (and select international markets): Grow and manage relationships with authorised AV distributors, aligned with CommBox’s commercial strategy. Design and run distributor enablement programs – onboarding, incentives, training, and business reviews. Monitor inventory, demand, and sell-through to keep stock at the right level in the right locations. Ensure brand, pricing, and channel program compliance while resolving issues quickly and professionally. 2. Sales Team Guidance and Support You help the sales team operate with clarity, consistency, and confidence: Own the CRM and sales tools used for channel and key accounts, keeping data clean and processes simple. Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline, forecast, margin, and channel performance. Turn data into clear insights and practical recommendations for the sales team and leadership. Support Account Managers and BDMs with process, reporting, and campaign execution. Work closely with Sales and Marketing on product launches, go-to-market plans, and national promotions. 3. Nationwide Key Accounts Leadership You step in to lead and support key strategic customers: Take ownership of selected nationwide key accounts across education, corporate, and government. Build senior relationships with decision-makers and partners involved in large multi-site opportunities. Coordinate activity across distributors, resellers, and the internal sales team for major deals and tenders. Develop account plans that align CommBox solutions with customer goals and long-term roadmaps. Represent CommBox at major customer meetings, roadshows, and AV industry events. What you bring: 5+ years’ experience in channel sales, distribution management, sales operations, revenue operations or key account management (AV or tech hardware is a strong plus). Strong understanding of AV distributors, resellers, and channel go-to-market models. Proven success managing B2B partner relationships and delivering commercial outcomes. Confident CRM user (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar) with experience in reporting and dashboards. Data-driven mindset – you like using numbers to guide decisions and prioritise effort. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. High level of organisation and follow-through, comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Nice to have: Degree in Business, Commerce, Sales, Marketing, or similar. Experience with distribution analytics tools and channel performance tracking. Familiarity with the Australian AV market in education, corporate, and government. Existing network of AV distributors, resellers, or industry contacts.
