We genuinely value our people and know our biggest asset is our talent Responsibilities Process fortnightly payroll cycles for both salaried and time & attendance employees. Ensure all payroll activities are completed accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Company policies. Maintain and update payroll employee files and payroll data. Manage manual payments, leave entitlements, workers’ compensation payments, and payroll‑related employee changes, new starters, terminations. Identify and escalate award and/or contract interpretation discrepancies. Reconcile payroll reports and prepare payroll summaries. Respond to internal and external payroll enquiries. Support management with payroll‑related information and reports. Support payroll audits and continuous improvement initiatives. About You Minimum 5 to 7 years experience processing end to end payroll for medium to large business, preferably within Mining or Drilling industry. Strong understanding of payroll legislation and modern awards. High attention to detail with strong analytical skills. Solid time‑management abilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
