As Senior Sommelier, you’ll work alongside industry leaders in a hands‑on, fast‑paced, and creative role. You’ll help shape our beverage culture, train and lead the team, manage stock, and deliver exceptional guest experiences – all while enjoying a flexible roster and career progression.
