Lead and coach a casual front‑of‑house team to deliver a premium guest experience across corporate suites and large‑scale functions Plan and manage pre‑event rostering, shift planning, and team briefings aligned to event requirements Provide hands‑on support during set‑up, service, and close for match‑day and non‑match‑day events at the MCG Identify and resolve issues quickly, escalating where needed, to maintain the guest experience Uphold the highest standards of service, presentation, professionalism, and safety; ensure compliance with RSA requirements Communicate clearly with kitchen, logistics, venue partners, and stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly More About You Previous experience in event or hospitality supervision/management (large venue or premium functions preferred) Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills Confident with rostering systems and efficient shift planning Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays aligned to the event calendar The application period will close on 25/12/25, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.
