Interviews will take place in mid-November, so availability during this time is essential. The opportunity Delaware North Australia is seeking experienced culinary professionals to join our team at the MCG. This role supports culinary operations across various dining settings and events associated with our year-round portfolio of world-class venues. Support culinary operations in various dining settings Maintain food safety and hygiene standards Assist with budget management and stock control Lead and inspire a team of casual chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff More about you Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher Proven experience in high-volume kitchens and event venues Knowledge of commercial cooking with a flair for creative presentation Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively A true passion for food and excellence in service Valid Working With Children Check (employee version) is mandatory for all staff The application period will close on 30/11/2025, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.
