Organic Social Media Account Manager / Mobile Content Expert 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants We're a Burleigh Heads digital marketing agency hunting for our next Organic Social Media Manager to join the team and make some magic happen for our fun lineup of clients. *This role is open to marketers with 2+ years of experience in a similar position either in-house with a brand, freelancing or in an agency setting. Respectfully, this is not an entry level position and your experience will be explored within a paid trial day.* Responsibilities No two days are identical within this role. You'll join our organic team filming Reels/TikToks, editing + creating content, doing basic design in Canva, crafting edms, liaising with influencers, UGC creators, assisting on shoots and helping to design offers + special campaigns. A solid understanding of Instagram and Facebook is essential. Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn Pinterest, Google Business or YouTube is a bonus, but are not essential. The role boasts the flexibility of 2 days WFH per week and a 7min drive-from-the-beach location. The days you work, and hours within which you work, are up for negotiation. Aside from important meetings or client calls, we value our team's autonomy over their own working week. Our office is also dog friendly, if you have a well-behaved pooch or just enjoy the company of one of our team’s 2 furry offsiders. Our team enjoy a day off for their birthday. As well as the option to use their Sick Pay hours for proactive healthcare, such as dentist and doctor appointments. We also pay a monthly device allowance. And offer a three-figure new client referral bonus. 3PM finish on a Friday. The team go on a monthly team outing to the tune of rock climbing, kayaking, pottery classes, distillery tours and hiking, just to name a few. About Our Brands We have a stack of clients in the ecom space, along with a healthy dose of restaurant & cafe venues, fitness brands, and a smattering of other businesses ranging from surfboard shapers to architecture, design to tourism, grocery store chains to early education and pet brands to shopping centres. We keep our client list fun and fresh, which makes your job as a content specialist an endlessly creative one. Qualifications You are confident in your English writing ability, can proofread your own work, can write from different brand tones and can work from a supplied, thorough, brief. With support from our team, you're confident in speaking to our clients about their strategy and results. You love being across the latest in organic social trends, know your way around CapCut and are comfortable filming on mobile. You will always be supported by our Director, and have the rest of the organic team at your disposal to share notes, workshop ideas and troubleshoot alongside. Not mandatory, but if you have hidden skills in UGC, pro photography, web design, copywriting or any other arm of digital marketing, that's a bonus – so be sure to pop it in your introduction We would love to hear about them and it won't be considered as bragging.
