Digital Media and Content Specialist Gybe Consulting is partnering with Triple Eight Race Engineering – the powerhouse behind Red Bull Ampol Racing. We’re looking for a creative professional who can capture, edit and share the moments that make motorsport legendary. About Our Client Gybe Consulting partners with Triple Eight Race Engineering, a leader in motorsport engineering and team strategy. The role will support the team’s digital presence across Australia and worldwide. Role Responsibilities Plan, capture and edit high‑impact content across video, digital and social – from race weekends to behind‑the‑scenes stories. Manage day‑to‑day content for Triple Eight and Red Bull Ampol Racing’s websites, EDMs and social channels. Design digital assets and artwork using Adobe Creative Suite for use across team, partner and fan channels. Collaborate with internal teams and brand partners to deliver digital activations that exceed expectations. Report on performance and fan engagement across all digital touchpoints, helping the team stay at the front of the grid online and on track. Work closely with the Partnerships and Communications Manager on the day‑to‑day execution of communications, PR and strategy, including video shoots and third‑party coordination. Personal Attributes Hands‑on experience in video capture and editing – Adobe Premiere proficiency essential. Strong design ability using Photoshop and Illustrator. Solid understanding of social and digital platforms and how to create content that cuts through. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
