Since launching in November 2024, HARLI + HARPA has opened over 40 stores across Australia and South Africa, and we’re just getting started. As our Digital Marketing and Content Specialist , you’ll help shape how customers discover and engage with HARLI + HARPA. You’ll execute digital activity across email, paid media and owned channels - delivering the right message, at the right time, to the right audience. Key Responsibilities Email & CRM Build, test and optimise weekly and automated EDMs (Klaviyo) Segment audiences and deliver personalised lifecycle campaigns Report on performance and uncover insights to improve engagement Maintain clean data and effective segmentation Loyalty Support the planning and execution of loyalty activity Engage with loyalty members and manage program initiatives Provide weekly reporting and recommendations Paid & Digital Marketing Execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest & TikTok Test and optimise creative, targeting and strategy Identify digital funnel opportunities and support SEO efforts Review weekly EDM results and share insights Skills & Experience Experience in digital marketing, CRM or e-commerce Strong understanding of email marketing (Klaviyo a plus) Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Strong copywriting and content skills Relevant tertiary qualification preferred 50% off HARLI + HARPA product Quarterly product allowance Find out more about HARLI + HARPA by checking out our Instagram @harliandharpa and website harliandharpa.com Seniority Level: Entry level Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Management and Manufacturing Industry: Retail Location: Docklands, Victoria, Australia Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at HARLI + HARPA by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
