Continence Product Specialist – 3-Month Fixed Term (Opportunity for Ongoing Role) Join a trusted healthcare leader in ANZ. We’re a well-established leader in primary healthcare products across Australia and New Zealand. With a long history of success supplying continence products to aged-care providers in New Zealand, we are now expanding this capability into the Australian market and we’re looking for a specialist to help drive this launch. This is a 3-month fixed-term role to support our initial rollout. As the aged care category grows in Australia, there is strong potential for the role to transition to a permanent opportunity. What you’ll do Provide clinical expertise and continence product education Support aged-care providers with product selection, trials and demonstrations Build relationships with key clinicians and decision-makers Help shape our entry into the Australian aged-care continence segment Work closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure the highest quality service delivery Identify growth opportunities and work with internal teams to tailor offerings to client needs Act as a liaison between clinical teams and the YES Medical service team Stay up to date with industry standards, best practices, and innovations Why this role is exciting Join a trusted healthcare supplier with established trans‑Tasman presence Play a key role in building a new product category in Australia Real opportunity to continue with the business if volume grows Supportive team, strong product range, and national customer base What we’re looking for Experience in continence products, aged care, nursing, or clinical education Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident presenter and educator Someone who enjoys working in a growth environment If you want to help shape a new offering backed by a proven and respected healthcare business, we’d love to hear from you.
