We are seeking a National Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple states, support our growing team, and free the CEO from operational delivery. This is a pivotal leadership role in a purpose‑driven organisation focused on heart‑led management, community impact, and high‑performance outcomes. You’ll bring structure, clarity and consistency to a fast‑growing environment while helping shape the future of operations nationwide. About the Role As the National Operations Manager, you will oversee Property Managers, Virtual Assistants, Leasing, Inspections and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth, unified operations across all portfolios. You’ll drive the rollout and compliance of SOPs, lead automation and tech adoption, run weekly operations meetings, and ensure communication, reporting and workflows are aligned nationally. This role is ideal for an experienced operations or senior property management leader who thrives in building structure, improving processes, and lifting performance across teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day operations across all states Manage PMs, VAs, leasing, inspections and maintenance workflows Lead the rollout, training and ongoing compliance of SOPs Implement and champion automation and system improvements Conduct quarterly portfolio balancing to ensure equitable workloads Run weekly operational meetings and set clear action outcomes Manage KPI reporting, operational dashboards and team accountability Handle complex tenant, landlord and maintenance escalations Support the CEO by relieving operational responsibilities Key Skills & Experience High‑level property management or operations leadership experience Strong systems thinking and process‑driven approach Excellent communication and leadership capabilities Ability to unify multi‑state teams and lift performance Confident managing workload balancing and operational forecasting Skilled at driving adoption of new processes, tech and automations Solutions‑focused, calm under pressure and proactive in improvement KPIs & Success Measures 95% SLA compliance across operations PM workload reduced to
