What You’ll Be Doing Leading and supporting branch operations across Australia, we are based in VIC, NSW, QLD and WA. Driving daily performance, safety, service, and financial results. Leading labour planning and quarterly operational strategies. Building a high-performance culture with strong accountability. Partnering with Sales, Customer Service and Senior Leaders in our wider group network. Supporting new customer onboarding and strengthening key accounts. Ensuring compliance with WHS, CoR, fatigue management and all relevant legislation. Championing continuous improvement across processes, people and safety. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in transport, logistics or supply chain Strong understanding of the Australian transport industry Proven track record hitting KPIs, lifting performance and managing costs Tertiary qualifications in Logistics/Transport/Business (preferred) Forklift Licence Confident, commercially minded leader with excellent communication skills Why You’ll Love Working With Us Senior leadership role with national impact.
