A$120,000-$140,000 p/a + vehicle On-site Posted 1 day ago National Operations - Contract Cleaning Join our team to manage our service delivery and customer experience at a national level. You will focus on client retention, profitability, and efficient resource management. You will balance day-to‑day operations with long‑term strategy, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and environmental factors across our Commercial Cleaning partners. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced cleaning operations and safety professional to make their mark in a growing business. The role will focus on supporting existing client partners and cleaning teams to deliver our exceptional service delivery promise. Key responsibilities Grow existing accounts and identify opportunities for added value. Develop strategic key account plans to grow business. Analyse portfolio performance, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements. Participate in tender presentations and onboarding of new clients. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards across sites. Lead staff to meet performance targets and ensure machinery and equipment are maintained. Develop strong safety, ensure HSEQ compliance throughout. Hours of work may include some weekend, early morning or night shifts and interstate travel. ABOUT YOU You thrive in finding new ways to continuously improve systems, people, and processes to increase overall Quality, Safety, Performance and Engagement of employees and contractors. To be successful you will: Have a min of 5 years experience as an Operations Manager - contract cleaning experience highly desirable Full understanding of Integrated Management System (IMS) Strong interpersonal skills - able to influence and engage internal and external stakeholders Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal You don't shy away from making critical decisions and you have demonstrated problem‑solving abilities Excellent time management and organisational skills Formal qualification in HSEQ is highly desirable Hold a valid driver's license, can obtain a clear police check and a WWC check BENEFITS Be part of an organisation where you are Truly Valued and Respected.
