We are recognised for our patient-focused approach, state-of-the-art facilities, and our team of highly skilled medical professionals committed to clinical excellence and innovation. The Role As National Operations Manager , you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving operational performance and consistency across our expanding national network. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of multiple clinics across Australia, ensuring operational excellence and patient-centred care. Collaborate with Practice Managers, doctors, and support staff to optimise workflows and service delivery. Partner with Support Office colleagues to deliver integrated and efficient support services. Provide leadership in Human Resources functions, including workforce planning, performance management, and team development, in collaboration with the HR department. Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) standards and foster a culture of safety across all clinics, including oversight of incident management, risk assessments, and safety audits. Support accreditation processes and maintain compliance with all healthcare, HR, and WHS regulatory requirements. Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational outcomes. Role Location Based at our new National Support Office in Hawthorn East, Victoria . Regular intrastate, interstate, and regional travel is required. About You We are looking for a forward-thinking leader who brings: 3+ years’ experience in multi-site General Practice or healthcare management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower teams . Proven experience in operational, financial, and strategic management . Solid knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and accreditation . Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills. Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel interstate.
