We're partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit a highly skilled Contract & Risk Manager for their ANZ operations. Competitive Salary: Up to $170,000 + Super + Bonus (≈ $200k package). Hybrid Working: 3 days WFH, 2 days in the office. Career Development: Work closely with Senior Legal Counsel and national commercial leaders. Key Responsibilities: Contract Drafting & Review: Prepare, review, redline, and negotiate contract terms for tenders, RFQs, suppliers, customers, and subcontractors. Risk & Compliance: Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks; ensure adherence to company legal and integrity frameworks. Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end contract management including amendments, renewals, and terminations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, legal, finance, project management, and account teams to ensure seamless contract execution. Documentation: Maintain accurate and compliant contract records and tables of departures. Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to improve contract management processes. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Strong experience in contract negotiations and management, ideally within engineering, technology, or complex technical industries. Education: Degree in Business, Commerce, Law, Engineering, or relevant field. Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms. Technical Skills: Proficiency in redlining, MS Office Suite, DocuSign, Salesforce, SharePoint and AI tools. Communication: Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate fluently across internal and external channels. Organisation: Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously (typically 5–6 per week). Certifications: CPCM/CFCM or similar highly regarded. What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months): Rapidly pick up the organisation’s products, services, commercial structure, and offerings. Manage contract volume confidently and independently with strong attention to detail. Deliver consistent, high-quality redlining, drafting, and negotiation outcomes. Build strong working relationships across all key internal stakeholders. Hybrid: 3 days WFH, 2 days onsite. Reports to: Contracts Lead. Key Stakeholders: Sales, legal, finance, project management, suppliers, customers.
