Job Overview As a Caregiver with Dovida, you’ll provide more than just support to your clients - you will become an essential part of their Circle of Care. Whether it’s assisting with daily tasks, offering companionship, or providing more complex care, you will bring kindness, respect and understanding into their home. We emphasise Client choice in who their caregiver is and strive to match clients with caregivers with shared languages, backgrounds and interests where we can. No experience necessary, all training is provided Why Become a Dovida Caregiver? Casual role with flexible hours paying $41.47+ per hour - no experience necessary Comprehensive in‑house training program for personal and professional development. We match you with clients that are near you with a focus on matching people with shared interests, language or hobbies wherever possible. About You Have a big heart, patience, and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families. Be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships. Must be located within desired areas and willing to travel a reasonable distance from client to client. Must have a laptop/tablet and mobile smart phone to be able to navigate through various applications. Must have a valid Australian open driver license, access to a reliable car, and have comprehensive car insurance. Available 3+ days a week.
