Maintenance Administrator - Kalgoorlie-based Founded in 2017, Axis Mineral Services Pty Ltd(‘Axis’) specialise in mobile crushing & ore sorting services for all requirements in Mining, Milling, Processing and Civil applications. Axis are currently running crushing circuits, ROM Management and general site works operations across a number of projects in the Goldfields regions, within the Mining and Civil Construction sectors. We now have an opportunity for a Maintenance Administrator to join our rapidly growing business. About the Role: As a Maintenance Administrator for Axis, you will be the central point of contact for all maintenance-related activities. Your role will involve coordinating repairs, scheduling preventative maintenance, and managing service requests to keep our operations efficient and compliant. Role Responsibilities: Support the Maintenance Team with all admin functions of the maintenance and warehouse area of the business; Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for equipment and facilities; Manage incoming service requests and allocate tasks to technicians or contractors; Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, costs, and compliance documentation; Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and quality service; Monitor inventory of spare parts and order replacements as needed; Assist with reporting and analysis of maintenance performance and costs; Assist the Maintenance Teams with the collation and data entry of daily production reports; Assist the Maintenance Team with data entry and reporting; General site office duties such as housekeeping, stationary orders, visitor management, airport pickups, PPE stock levels, etc. What’s in it for you: Permanent role with training & career progression available; Residential role, based in Kalgoorlie Flexible roster options, ideally working 5:2 (Monday – Friday) with flexible start & finish times; Working on a long‑term project offering job security; and Working with a personable and relatable leadership team who recognise and reward highly skilled people that contribute to the success of the business.
