Role Description This is a casual, work‑from‑home role, based in Central Coast, NSW. The Support Coordinator will be responsible for assisting participants in navigating the NDIS and achieving their goals through effective support planning and service coordination. Duties include collaborating with participants to understand their needs, managing support services, ensuring compliance with NDIS plans, and advocating for participants to access necessary resources. You will maintain clear communication with clients, service providers, and stakeholders while ensuring effective documentation and reporting.
