You will also be a champion for business improvement, and you will be able to help support your team on this journey. Reporting to the Superintendent Mine Services, you will also: Foster a positive & productive working relationship and culture between team members and with other departments Ensure HSEC standards, hazard identification and management are applied by departmental personnel Continue to identify opportunities to improve the performance of people, processes and systemsli> Improve pumping and earthworks operations and practices across the department Have sound business acumen for Safety, Culture, Productivity and Costs Build cross-functional relationships with other areas to support the delivery of operations Have an understanding of business systems and processes Coach, review and develop all personnel to ensure their skills are optimised to their full potential Previous supervisory experience within a similar role Working with leaders across GRM, this is an exciting opportunity to help build a supportive and progressive culture.
