Outside of School Hours Care Disability Educator

Overview The TheirCare Outside School Hours Care team is seeking an Education Disability Educator to join the OSHC program in a specialist school setting at Yarraville Special Development School. You will provide individualised and group-based support for children and young people with complex disability needs, in a setting with a high staff-to-student ratio. This role is suitable for educators experienced in early childhood, OSHC and/or disability support, who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families. Location: Yarraville, Victoria. Hours: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM. Immediate start available. No weekend work. Key Responsibilities Deliver individualised support while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants. Contribute to engaging programs using industry-leading planning tools. Assist the Program Manager with preparation, set up/pack up, and food preparation. Supervise, nurture, and inspire children to explore, learn, and play. Build positive, caring relationships with children, families, and staff. Why Work with TheirCare?
