We are currently seeking passionate educators to work in the OSHC program in a specialist school setting. If you are experienced in the early childhood, OSHC and/or disability support sectors and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you. About your new role: In this rewarding role, you’ll provide both individualised and group-based support for children and young people with complex disability needs in a specialist school setting. With a high staff-to-student ratio, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference every day. Key Responsibilities Deliver individualised support while always ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants. Contribute to engaging programs using industry-leading planning tools. Assist the Program Manager with preparation, set up/pack up, and food preparation. Supervise, nurture, and inspire children to explore, learn, and play.
