About Your New Role In this rewarding role, you’ll provide both individualised and group-based support for children and young people with complex disability needs in a specialist school setting. With a high staff-to-student ratio, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference every day. Key Responsibilities Deliver individualised support while always ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants. Contribute to engaging programs using industry-leading planning tools. Assist the Program Manager with preparation, set up/pack up, and food preparation. Supervise, nurture, and inspire children to explore, learn, and play. Build positive, caring relationships with children, families, and staff. Why Work with TheirCare?
