We are currently seeking passionate educators to work in the OSHC program in a specialist school setting. If you are experienced in the early childhood, OSHC and/or disability support sectors and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you. About your new role: In this rewarding role, you’ll provide both individualised and group-based support for children and young people with complex disability needs in a specialist school setting. With a high staff-to-student ratio, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference every day. Key Responsibilities Deliver individualised support while always ensuring the safety and well‑being of all participants. Contribute to engaging programs using industry‑leading planning tools. Assist the Program Manager with preparation, set up/pack up, and food preparation. Supervise, nurture, and inspire children to explore, learn, and play. Build positive, caring relationships with children, families, and staff. Why Work with TheirCare?
