RTO Training Support & Compliance Officer The Australian Gas Association – Braeside VIC AGA has proudly served the industry and the community for 100 years. As part of our growth, AGA Training (RTO 46390) is seeking a reliable and detail‑focused person to support our nationally accredited training programs and ensure smooth operations for students. This is a hands‑on role for someone with RTO experience who enjoys helping students and making sure compliance tasks are done correctly. About the Role Main Responsibilities: Speak with prospective and current students, helping them with enrolments and guiding them through their learning journey. Enter and maintain student records in aXcelerate or any other SMS. Assist with Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) processes. Ensure compliance with ASQA requirements, including being the main point of contact with ASQA. Keep training records accurate and audit‑ready. Help with updating AGA’s Quality System (aligned with JAS‑ANZ and NATA requirements) – training provided. Assist the team with general administration tasks to keep operations running smoothly. About You We are looking for someone who is: Experienced with aXcelerate (essential). Knowledgeable about RTO Standards and ASQA compliance requirements. A strong organiser with good attention to detail. Confident speaking with students on the phone and providing helpful support. Practical, hard‑working and happy to roll up their sleeves.
