RTO Administration Officer (VET in Schools) - Fulltime (Brendale QLD or Meadowbrook QLD) Australian Trade Training College Ltd has been a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) since 2006. We deliver a variety of courses ranging from Certificate I level to Diplomas under Apprenticeship/Traineeship arrangements, VETiS (Vocational Education and Training in Schools), Certificate 3 Guarantee (C3G) and Fee for Service. Due to growth and expansion, we are seeking an energetic, articulate and experienced RTO Administration Officer to join our VET in Schools (VETiS) Administration team full-time. If you have the drive to excel, are motivated and passionate about your work, we want to hear from you About the role: As an RTO Administration Officer working within our VET in Schools team, you will be supporting Head of Departments and Trainers to manage and support student administration throughout all stages of their training from enquiries/enrolments to completion. This includes (but is not limited to) processing of enrolments, resulting assessments, issuing training notices, and processing completions and certificate issuance. You will attend to phone/email enquiries from schools and students, responding appropriately within the given time frames. You will apply a high level of attention to detail and accuracy when processing all data and show initiative to ensure quality outcomes. This is a role full of variety and no given day will be the same. What you will bring: Comprehensive VETiS experience acquired through prior RTO experience Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills A positive can-do attitude Strong attention to detail A pro-active approach to problem-solving by streamlining processes A great work ethic and adaptability Student Management System (SMS) experience Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite including ‘Teams’ Willingness to grow and expand Highly Desirable: Experience working with schools Experience with Government funding Student Management System experience Submitting your application for this interesting and rewarding role: The Australian Trade Training College is proud to be a supportive, flexible and inclusive organisation.
