As one of the fastest growing regions in Queensland, there is never a dull moment in the recruitment team.As the Recruitment Officer you will undertake a range of activities that provide high quality services and advice to managers and staff regarding recruitment, advertising, appointments, and establishment management.This role would suit a strong administrator with an interest in Recruitment and HR.**About You**Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:* Knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire, knowledge of legislation, policies and guidelines relating to recruitment, staff selection and establishment.* Skills and personal qualities necessary to provide high-quality client services, advice and support to clients.* Knowledge of or the ability to rapidly acquire sound knowledge in the use of information management systems and Microsoft Office programs.* Ability to prioritise and coordinate activities in a team environment to meet established deadlines.* Well-developed interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills.* Proven strong work ethic, initiative, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.*Flexible working arrangements, including at times working offsite, are supported, and applicants are encouraged to discuss this further during the process.***Benefits*** Flexible work arrangements available* 17.5% annual leave loading* 12.75 % employer contribution to superannuation* Access to innovative wellness programs, including fitness passport* Other employment benefits may include: professional development, ( ), wellness programs and the Employee Assistance Service (EAS).**To apply**Further information regarding this role please download and read the attached Role Description and Information Packages.
