Work with brands to understand their business objectives and develop the Influencers’ campaign strategy.Build key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, and be seen as a key influencer in shaping product roadmaps, platform strategy, and the overall One Impression narrativeProvide dedicated account management to top clients, to develop, manage, optimize, and support strategic account plans, and leverage data to create business solutions for clientsMedia Planning, Strategy, and Measurement: Manage the planning, execution, ongoing reporting, and optimization of campaigns (oversee revenue, manage internal analytics and dashboards, and provide optimization and real-time recommendations)Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all client/influencers requestsDemonstrated ability to develop and manage cross-functional partnerships as well as client relationships in a complex and rapidly evolving environmentProvide administrative support as and when requiredProvide clients with the highest level of customer service and thought leadershipQualifications
4-6 years of experience in creator economy/or account management rolesUnderstanding of online social and traditional advertisingMust have Influencer Agency/Influencer handling experienceExperience in ad tech/online marketing technologies and understanding of how to implement them for an effective and efficient marketing strategyCritical thinking, analytical and technical skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, the ability to arrive at solutions in a structured manner, and the ability to communicate this clearly and effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
