Account Manager

As a Fund Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing a team of Senior Fund Accountants and fund accountants involved in the areas of NAV calculation, shareholder/unitholder reporting and financial reporting. You will maintain the client relationship and take responsibility for the coordination of regulatory reporting audit preparation, along with the company's new client take-on and due diligence requirements.
To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
Ensure timely and accurate NAV calculations are prepared, reviewed and delivered on a daily, weekly or monthly basis along with any other client specific reporting requirementsEnsure their accuracy and compliance with fund governing and regulatory proceduresOperational onboarding of new and take-on funds and ensuring everything has been prepared prior to the launchReview Limited Partner/Shareholder/Unitholder Allocation - includes a review of Admin/ Management fees/Waterfall/ Clawback calculations, etcPreparing and reviewing financial statements as required annually.You will also require the following:
