Join Marriott International’s 18-month Voyage Program at Pier One Sydney Harbour to develop leadership skills in Food & Beverage Operations through hands‑on hotel experience. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Participate in day-to-day operations of Food & Beverage within a Marriott‑managed hotel Cultivate customer relationships and champion innovation Manage projects and people exposure through mini‑rotations across hotel disciplines Improve processes and pitch new initiatives via Voyage projects Take on special projects drawing upon all training Collaborate with Marriott senior leaders, coaches, and Voyage participants worldwide Participate in management meetings and contribute innovative solutions About You The company is looking for candidates who have: Graduated from a university or hotel school within the past year (or expected graduation within 12 months) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education (Associates degree acceptable for Culinary) Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively Self‑management skills and a self‑starter attitude Strong desire for personal and professional growth Work authorization in the country of application Training & Development 18‑month full‑time, paid leadership development program Hands‑on, discipline‑specific training combined with leadership‑focused curriculum Mini‑rotations across hotel disciplines to gain broad operational experience Access to Marriott senior leaders, coaches, and social collaboration tools Opportunity to provide feedback on curriculum and influence future program participants’ experiences Career Progression Preparation for supervisory or entry‑level management roles within Marriott post‑program Foundation for future leadership opportunities within Marriott International How to Apply Submit your application online for the 2025 Voyage Program intake Complete a video interview upon successful application submission Wait for contact from the hiring team if shortlisted Note: Position is based at Pier One Sydney Harbour, Autograph Collection; Sydney Area Office location is for video interview and assessment only This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible #J-18808-Ljbffr
