Your Role Join Marriott International’s Voyage Program in Sydney to develop leadership skills in Food & Beverage Operations through hands-on training and mentorship. Here’s what you will be doing: Cultivate customer relationships and champion innovation within the organization Gain exposure to managing projects and people Improve processes and pitch new initiatives through your Voyage project Take on special projects drawing upon all your training Participate in management meetings and collaborate with Voyage participants worldwide Solve challenges and offer ideas and innovative solutions About You The company is looking for: Recent university or hotel school graduates (within the past year) or those graduating within 12 months of application Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education required (Associates degree acceptable for Culinary) Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively Self-management skills and being a self-starter Real desire for personal and professional growth Work authorization in the country of application Training & Development 18-month full-time, paid development program with hands-on, discipline-specific training and leadership curriculum Mini-rotations across hotel disciplines to learn hotel management functions Access to Marriott’s senior leaders and coaches Opportunities to connect with current and former Voyage participants Immersion in Marriott’s culture and global brand portfolio Career Progression Preparation for supervisory or entry-level management roles within Marriott Foundation for future leadership roles through program experience How to Apply Submit your application online and complete the video interview upon successful submission The hiring team will contact you if shortlisted Note: Onboarding period may vary based on available positions Position is based in W Sydney; Sydney Area Office location is for interview and assessment purposes This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible #J-18808-Ljbffr
