About the Role We currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated, reliable, leisure attendant to look after our amazing pool area at Tasman Holiday Parks - Racecourse Beach. This position is responsible for overseeing the general operation of the pool. You will be responsible for: Supervision of resort guests Assisting guests entering and exiting the slide and pool area Provide exceptional customer service through information and advice to our guests on the facilities and services Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Enforce pool safety standards, information on Tasman Holiday Parks Policies and the ability to recognise hazards and address them in a reasonable manner Work co-operatively and effectively as a team member by communicating and contributing information on a continual basis Provide First Aid as required What You'll Bring to the Team High standards and an excellent attention to detail Excellent communication skills and works well in team environment Well organised with a strong sense of responsibility Friendly customer service skills and a can-do attitude A flexible approach to work Fit and active Good appreciation and respect of workplace safety This is a casual position where the applicant must have current First Aid, CPR and Working with Children before commencing.
