About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team on a full‑time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and a passion for preparing and presenting delicious, high‑quality dishes. Key Responsibilities Preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items according to company recipes and quality standards. Managing food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and kitchen equipment. Ensuring food is stored, prepared, and served safely and hygienically in compliance with food safety regulations. Assisting in menu planning and development of daily specials. Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies. Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace. Working collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations. Skills and Experience Required Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Cook in a busy commercial kitchen. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and during busy periods as required. What We Offer Competitive salary of $75,000 – $80,000 per annum (commensurate with experience).
