Your new role Our Hays Brisbane CBD office is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our internal Service Delivery team with a focus on background checks. This is a full-time permanent role that commences immediately. Responsibilities Process Eligibility to Work and Criminal Record Checks with accuracy and efficiency Manage Health & Safety modules and provide daily client updates on check statuses Collaborate with account managers to meet client-specific requirements Liaise with the robotics/automation team to manage bot-driven processes Maintain high service standards for internal and external stakeholders Ensure timely responses to queries and meet SLA commitments Reconcile invoices and manage the Background Checks inbox What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in customer service and/or administration Professional phone manner and strong customer service skills Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform under pressure High attention to detail and strong written communication skills Excellent organisational skills and commitment to quality What you'll get in return This is an incredible opportunity to shape your career in part of a growing business and achieve your ambitions.
