What You’ll Be Doing Lead volunteer recruitment, retention, and recognition programmes Supervise team performance and training initiatives Develop inclusive volunteering strategies aligned with community needs Manage grants, sponsorships, and funding agreements Prepare budgets, reports and Council submissions Maintain volunteer database and identify future service needs Implement training programs and ensure compliance with legislation Liaise with community groups and promote volunteering Qualifications Tertiary qualification in social sciences or a minimum of two years’ experience in working and leading volunteers.
