Job Description Why You’ll Love This Role You will be at the heart of shaping volunteering across the City of Stirling. This role gives you the opportunity to create inclusive pathways for people to get involved, and champion the value of volunteering across the organisation. Work location is Scarborough What You’ll Be Doing Lead volunteer recruitment, retention, and recognition programs Supervise team performance and training initiatives Develop inclusive volunteering strategies aligned with community needs Manage grants, sponsorships, and funding agreements Prepare budgets, reports, and Council submissions Maintain volunteer database and identify future service needs Implement training programs and ensure compliance with legislation Liaise with community groups and promote volunteering Qualifications Tertiary Qualification in social sciences or minimum of two years’ experience in working and leading volunteers.
