Your work will keep projects moving, stakeholders connected, and our operations running smoothly.You will: Support key initiatives across economic development, advocacy, and tourism. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and engagement events. Manage departmental records, requisitions, payments, and work orders. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and stakeholder materials. Help keep our stakeholders informed through newsletters and engagement communications. Your contribution helps ensure the City’s strategic economic projects progress efficiently and professionally. About You You’re someone who: Brings strong organisational skills and enjoys creating order and efficiency. Communicates clearly and builds positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Is proactive, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease. Enjoys supporting meaningful community-facing work and working as part of a collaborative team. Has experience in administration and is confident using Microsoft Office and record-keeping systems.
