Sales Development Manager

Reports to: General Manager – Operations & Sales This is a role for a driven, high-energy, results-focused leader who thrives in fast-moving environments. As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team of 10–15 Sales Representatives, guide their performance, and ensure your team consistently hits monthly sales targets. You will be responsible for delivering 300 deals per year , supported by 600 fresh leads every month generated for your team. You’ll enjoy a role where you can take initiative, move quickly, motivate people, and manage multiple priorities at once. Creativity, confidence, and a strong sense of urgency are essential. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Hire, train, and manage a team of 10–15 competitive and ambitious sales reps . Build a culture of energy, ownership, and accountability . Coach with a style that is firm, encouraging, and focused on results. Keep the team motivated through regular catch-ups, daily huddles, and performance reviews. Delegate routine tasks to keep the team moving fast while ensuring follow-up and quality. Ensure each rep achieves a minimum of 2 signed deals every month . Drive your branch to consistently hit around 30 deals per month . Keep the team focused on taking initiative, following up, and moving deals forward quickly. Improve conversion rates by helping reps become sharper, faster, and more effective. Operational Excellence Ensure the CRM is updated daily with accurate information and full client histories. Oversee deal flow, admin processes, and documentation to maintain high standards. Adapt quickly to changing conditions and guide the team through new challenges confidently. Manage multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced environment. Work closely with Admin, Finance, and Operations to keep all paperwork accurate and timely. Deliver weekly and monthly progress reports to the GM – Operations & Sales . Communicate issues early and provide practical solutions to keep the branch on track.
