Working Mon - Fri hours you'll assist seasoned travelers with their pre- and post-tour travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, travel insurance and visas. Be the first point of contact and deliver a 5-star service, ensuring a personalised and exclusive experience. YOUR DAY This position offers a variety of work and will see you: Promptly respond to incoming client enquiries Engage with interested travelers to promote new tours Send out new tour brochures via email or post Process tour bookings and pre- and post-tour travel arrangements Act on feedback to continuously enhance service quality WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED Previous retail or wholesale travel consulting experience Genuine drive to provide exceptional customer service High attention to detail and organisational skills WHAT’S ON OFFER Centrally located office in Sydney CBD Supportive and growth-orientated environment Excellent remuneration package and work/life balance Mon – Fri hours only Career progression and development opportunities Access to discounted travel packages Please note this is a full time CBD office based position.
