Applications will only be considered from candidates with full Australian working rights. Manage tour / hotel bookings on a daily basis. Communicate daily with the team, including colleagues from overseas, and customer service experience request. Handle phone calls and emails with vendors professionally. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential. Previous experience in Travel industry in Australia is preferred (MICE, Hotel, Groups and FITs). Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential. Basic conversational proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages: Bahasa preferred. To assist the branch office in China, Taiwan, South East Asia operation team to make sure the itinerary arrangement, quotation and tour operation smoothly. Must have a diligent and responsible work ethic, with a keen attention to detail. To help the enquiries from China, Taiwan, South East Asia, and Local customers find out new suppliers in Australia. Follow up with chasing confirmation, amendment, or cancellation.
