Due to ongoing rapid growth, we are currently recruiting a full time handyman to join the team on a high‑end building site in Sydney. We're on the lookout for a motivated and hands‑on handyperson to become an integral part of a high‑performing facilities team supporting a large, premium residential precinct in Sydney . This is a permanent, full‑time role offering plenty of variety, autonomy, and interaction with owners and tenants. Your Role As a valued team member, you will: Perform general maintenance and caretaking across a high‑end residential site Carry out minor repairs, including carpentry, basic plumbing, patching and painting Supervise external contractors and support scheduled maintenance activities What We're Looking For Trade background would be beneficial Any licenses would be advantageous but are not necessary Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional presentation and ability to work independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
