We are currently looking for experienced Sous Chef’s & Head Chef’s to lead our kitchen teams to deliver exceptional customer experience through food. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and training kitchen team members. Managing daily food preparation and service. Maintaining expected quality of food. Monitoring food safety requirements. Day to day operation of a busy kitchen. Ensure efficiency, quality and time management. Ordering, stock control and budgets. Assist with menu development. What is needed to be successful in this role? Minimum of 5 years in a Sous Chef or higher role. Ability to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday including weekends, nights and public holidays. Proven experience with mentoring and training kitchen staff to improve their skills. The ability to excel under pressure in a high-volume environment with great problem‑solving skills. Great teamwork and communication skills. Must reside and hold a valid working visa in Australia.
