Senior Client Service Officer Specialist | Homes NSW | Northern NSW District Location: Northern NSW – Lismore / Tweed Heads / Ballina / Grafton Clerk Grade 5/6 $99,938 - $110,271 pa plus superannuation & annual leave loading. What you’ll do Assist clients in complex situations who require support in trying to get housing or sustain tenancy. Build strong relationships with the service sector and work across a range of housing programs like the Rent Choice Suite (Start Safely, Rent Choice Youth) or Assertive Outreach. Work within existing guidelines, policies and systems to increase efficiency and service outcomes. Provide mentorship and support to the client service teams, including instruction, purpose and direction to Client Service Officers, and demonstrate leadership qualities. Collaborate with CSOs, Team Leaders and internal and external service providers to develop innovative strategies for improved client outcomes and continuous improvement. Perform a mix of field work and office-based work, including attending meetings at sector partner offices. Participate in Assertive Outreach, including engaging with rough sleepers in early-morning outreach with sector partners. Maintain data sets with attention to detail, respond to rough sleeper flags and organise Temporary Accommodation (TA).
