We are recruiting for both Home Care Support Workers in Darlington Point, Coleambally and surrounding areas. What’s On Offer Contract Type: Permanent Part‑Time $31.13 – $34.93 per hour (dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time Stable roster & opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs Smartphone and Uniform – ready when you join us A fully supported and paid Induction program Fitness Passport – a discounted gym membership program (for eligible employees and their families) Your New Role Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc. Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc. Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe Key Requirements Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday We welcome applicants that have the below experience and/or a qualification Disability Support Worker Community Services / Mental Health worker Assistant in Nursing (AIN) Bachelor of Social Work / Nursing Whether you’re experienced or new to the industry, we’d love to hear from you For any further information, please contact Diti on or simply apply today.
