What You’ll Be Doing Talking with customers via inbound and outbound calls Managing early stage collections cases end to end Building rapport and agreeing on realistic outcomes Working as part of a high energy, collaborative team What We’re Looking For Experience in collections, customer service or sales Confident, empathetic and resilient communicators Team players who enjoy a fast paced environment Salesforce experience is a plus, but we’ll train you.
