At Havas, the Account Manager (AM) will work closely with the Senior Account Director (SAD) and Group Business Director (GBD) to lead the day-to-day operations for multiple clients. Our Client Account Teams are led by a GBD, responsible for leading overall communication strategies and managing workloads to ensure balanced pressure points within the team. As an Account Manager, you will ensure all briefs are answered comprehensively and on time, manage client creative input, and oversee media implementation across channels. You will understand your client’s business, collaborate with specialist teams, and proactively share opportunities and ideas. You may also support on new business pitches. The role requires a strategic, passionate approach, a desire to innovate, and adaptability to new projects and tools as directed by the GBD. Key Requirements Maintain strong client relationships and ensure delivery of expectations. Familiarize with client KPIs and work with SAD to meet or exceed them. Attend meetings, follow up on action items promptly. Analyze media and consumer data to inform channel strategy. Develop and negotiate media plans, ensuring accuracy and campaign success. Monitor campaign performance, negotiate adjustments, and report insights. Communicate clearly and develop compelling strategies and ideas. Lead and develop direct reports, demonstrating leadership and fostering growth.
