Our client, a leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) vendor backed by significant VC investment, is expanding their Australian team and seeks a skilled Account Manager to drive client success and foster long-term partnerships within the GRC domain. With comprehensive solutions for navigating regulatory landscapes and mitigating organisational risks, they empower enterprises to fortify governance frameworks amidst evolving regulatory challengesAs an Enterprise Account Manager specialising in GRC solutions, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding key client accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success with our GRC offerings. Leveraging your expertise in account management and your deep understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximise the value of our solutions and navigate complex GRC challenges. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned client accounts, understanding their GRC needs and objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their interests within our organisation. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and address any concerns or challenges. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, pre-sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of GRC solutions and services. Drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and presenting value-added solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert on GRC best practices, industry trends, and regulatory developments, providing guidance and insights to clients as needed To Excel in This Role, You'll Ideally Possess: 2-3 years proven success in account management in software sales, preferably with exposure to GRC. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and build trust and credibility with clients. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, particularly in identifying and addressing complex GRC challenges within client organisations. Self-motivation and resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced client-facing role.
