You also have the availability to work occasional weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday). About this work area As the People & Culture Administrator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Ensuring all People and Culture administrative systems are accurate, efficient and compliant. Supporting the People and Culture team with the recruitment and on‑boarding of new co‑workers. Supporting the People and Culture team to ensure all administration tasks connected to employment law are completed in a timely manner. Providing support for first level HR enquiries including policies and procedures, enterprise agreement, leave entitlements, etc. Responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient uniform management system. Supporting the People & Culture Generalist with data reporting and other tasks where required. Other ad hoc administrative tasks related to creating a great and efficient co‑worker experience. As the People & Culture Administrator you are Passionate about people and unlocking their potential to contribute to business results. Dedicated to contributing to a meaningful co‑worker experience and enjoy working in a vibrant and changing multidimensional environment with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Highly developed communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently to all levels of the business, both verbally and in writing. Completely committed to confidentiality and at the same time have immaculate attention to detail and good analytical and numerical skills.
