An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Rhima Australia Pty Ltd as a full‑time Service Coordinator. Based in Braeside, VIC, this position will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's service and maintenance activities. What you'll be doing Coordinate the daily activities of the service technicians Answer & follow‑up incoming phone calls, monitor the service inbox, including following up with clients and pending jobs Create service jobs in AroFlo and schedule jobs in technicians' calendar or engage with subcontractor as required Take payments for jobs Create quotations in AroFlo for service customers when requested Review subcontractor's invoices Schedule periodic tasks (e.g., Validation and Preventative Maintenance agreement services) including liaising with customers, scheduling bookings in AroFlo, and sending out agreements Book travel and accommodation for service staff Ensure all machines in the workshop that are being worked on are clearly identified What we're looking for Proven experience as an administrative assistant or service coordinator, ideally in a similar industry Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities, with the ability to prioritise and multitask Proficient in the use of relevant computer software, including Microsoft Office suite A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records A collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions‑oriented approach What we offer Rhima Australia Pty Ltd is a leading provider of commercial laundry equipment and solutions.
