Base pay range $66,003.99/yr - $92,400.70/yr Direct message the job poster from Insight Global Professional Recruiter @ Insight Global | IT Recruitment Senior Business Analyst Sydney, NSW, Australia (hybrid) Role Overview As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming and consolidating logistics processes and systems across the APAC region. Your primary focus will be on process mapping, user journey analysis, and supporting the integration of logistics platforms to enable a seamless, unified environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current workflows, identify operational gaps, and drive the adoption of best-in-class solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Process Mapping & User Journey Analysis Map and document end-to-end logistics workflows across the APAC region, from order capture through to execution, compliance, billing, and reporting. Develop detailed user journey maps to capture the experience of internal users and customers, highlighting inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Identify and quantify manual workarounds, compliance risks, and their impact on service quality, scalability, cost, and customer experience. System Assessment & Consolidation Strategy Evaluate integration points between regional and global logistics systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Compare system capabilities and recommend optimal consolidation scenarios, supporting the development of a phased migration roadmap with cost-benefit analysis and implementation timelines. Solution Design & Development Support Collaborate with product and development teams to address critical functionality gaps, such as automation, compliance workflows, real-time visibility, and customer portal enhancements. Support pilot implementations and validate new workflows for logistics and transaction management. Change Management & Adoption Develop and deliver training and adoption strategies for APAC teams. Create documentation and frameworks to support change management and ensure successful transition to the new system. Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define and track success metrics, including reduction in manual processes, improved compliance, enhanced visibility, cost savings, and customer experience improvements. Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations to drive continuous improvement in platform development and business processes. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in a software product role (business analyst, product owner, or product manager) within a complex, multi-system environment. Demonstrated ability to assess and document workflows, identify pain points, and recommend actionable solutions. Experience with system integration, data analysis, and change management in a regional or global context. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams and cultures. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare or clinical trial logistics is highly desirable.
