Position Snapshot Role: Senior Business Analyst Location: Melbourne, Victoria Contract Type: 6-Month Contingent (potential extension) Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite) Mission Brief We are driving a strategic AI transformation program aimed at modernizing business processes, enhancing customer experience, and leveraging advanced analytics and automation. This initiative will deliver AI-powered solutions across multiple domains, requiring strong business analysis capability to ensure success in an Agile environment. Your Impact As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead critical analysis activities across AI transformation streams. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to shape requirements, define processes, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical feasibility. Core Responsibilities Lead business analysis activities across AI transformation streams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements for AI‑driven solutions, including data, process automation, and machine learning use cases. Define and document current‑state and future‑state processes impacted by AI adoption. Collaborate within Agile squads to refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support iterative discovery and delivery by managing backlog refinement and sprint planning. Conduct impact assessments for AI‑driven changes on processes, technology, and people. Ensure compliance with AI governance, data security, and ethical AI standards. Identify risks, dependencies, and integration requirements. What You Bring 10+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex digital or AI transformation programs. Strong Agile delivery experience, ideally with Salesforce CRM or call centre exposure. Ability to pivot quickly and work effectively in ambiguous environments. Experience with generative or agentic AI projects, data‑driven initiatives, APIs, and system integrations. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and process modeling tools (Visio, draw.io). Familiarity with AI concepts (NLP, predictive and generative AI) and their business applications. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to assess needs and recommend suitable AI solutions aligned with best practices and business goals.
