Territory Sales Manager

Kalogon, an early stage startup based in Melbourne, seeks a Territory Sales Manager to grow sales for our award-winning product, Orbiter, and our newest products, Booster and Orbiter Med.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive territory sales strategy aligned with company goals to maximize revenue growth and market penetration.

Identify key healthcare institutions, clinics, and professionals within the assigned territory to establish and nurture strong relationships.

Partner with Kalogon’s independent sales reps to target key institutions and open up new sales channels.

Deliver in-services and meetings that convey the benefits and points of distinction around Kalogon products.

Build and maintain strong rapport with key decision-makers, clinicians, and other stakeholders in target organizations to ensure Orbiter and other Kalogon products are preferred and recommended.

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and serving as a knowledgeable resource for product information.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress within the CRM system.

Regularly analyze sales data, pipeline, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions to drive growth.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team on everything from target events to collateral and messaging.

Stay abreast of competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs, and incorporate insights into the sales approach.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field

ATP licensing, or a licensed OT/PT

Proven track record of successful medical device sales, preferably in a healthcare setting

Excited to work for a startup and bring something new to market

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with diverse folks

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Ability to work independently, manage a dynamic workload, and prioritize tasks effectively

Understanding of relevant regulations, compliance, and ethical standards

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Kalogon is the trailblazer in smart seating, offering solutions for medical, aviation, and automotive customers, solving seated health issues. Kalogon’s patent-pending Advanced Pressure Management technology (APM) integrates adaptive customizations, ambient adjustments, and personalized settings to provide a one of a kind seating experience. Backed by medical validation, our technology improves blood flow ultimately enhancing comfort and lessening fatigue.

All Kalogon’s products leverage our core technologies and clinical research - each adapted for the rigors and needs of each environment and audience. Our first product, Orbiter, has won multiple awards and been delighting customers since 2022. In 2023, we launched Booster, a wheelchair air cushion accessory. In 2024 we announced Orbiter Med, a completely custom cushion designed to influence posture and aid in skin integrity, that received Medicare coding for E2609. The US Air Force is piloting our seating in various airframes to improve crew performance. We work with multiple medical, aviation, and automotive clients to adjust our technology for use, improving comfort, maintaining performance, and promoting healthy tissue.
